14-Day Returns Guarantee

At MettalCase, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your product for any reason, we offer a 14-day return policy, starting from the date of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The product must be unused.
  • The product must be in its original packaging.
  • The return must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our Customer Service team at info@mettalcase.com. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Receive Return Instructions: Our team will provide you with return instructions, including the return address and any necessary documentation.
  3. Prepare Your Package: Carefully pack the item(s) in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and any other materials that came with the product.
  4. Ship the Package: Send the package to the return address provided by our Customer Service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe delivery of your return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact our Customer Service team to arrange the exchange. The same conditions for returns apply to exchanges: the item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Items returned more than 60 days after purchase.
  • Gift cards

Damage Caused by Third Parties

MettalCase is not liable for any damage caused to our products by third parties, including but not limited to airlines, airport staff, baggage handlers, courier services, or other transit providers.

If your MettalCase product has been damaged during transit by any of the above parties, we recommend reporting the incident directly to the relevant airline or service provider at the earliest opportunity. Such claims should be made in accordance with their damage or compensation policies.

Please note that damage sustained in these circumstances does not qualify for a refund or replacement under our warranty or returns policy.
